JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

Memo No.371/Cts.A/2018,- In exercise of powers conferred under Sub- Section(6)

of Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), the High Court of

Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby

specifies that with effect on and from the date the Officer posted/or placed

incharge assumes charge, the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge’s

Court (Fast Track Court), Peddapuram of East Godavari District, as

ordered in G.O.Ms.No.194, Law (L, LA & J Home Courts.A) Department,

Dated : 22.12.2017 shall sit at ‘Peddapuram” and dispose of the Sessions

Cases and other Criminal matters as are made over by the Sessions Judge,

East Godavari at Rajahmundry.
