NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under Section 154 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu

Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempt

Dharma Cheruvu alias Makineni Vari Dharma Cheruvu, Vatticherukuru Village and Mandal, Guntur

District from the operation of Sections 15, 29 & 65 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu

Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act 30/87) for a period of Eleven (11) years from the

date of issue of the orders duly cancelling the earlier orders issued in the reference 1^st read above. .
