NOTIFICATION

“In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (ix) of Rule 9 of the

Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991,

read with G.O.Ms. No.260, General Administration (Ser. C) Department,

Dated : 04.09.2003, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby remove

Dr. M. Phani Madhuri, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary,

Nallajerla, West Godavari District from Government Service with immediate

effect for her unauthorized absence from duty with effect from 15.12.2007.”
