Notice No.C1/2974/2017,- The Government vide GO 2^nd cited, have

assigned notional seniority to Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar in the category of Accounts

Officer/ Assistant Director w.e.f. 02.08.2010 by placing his name below the name

of Sri D. Veerupaksha Murthy and above Sri P. Balakoteswara Rao, during the

panel year 2009-10.

Sri P. Balakoteswara Rao and Sri P. Mohan Rao, who were next immediate

juniors to Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar in the category of Accounts Officer/ Assistant

Director, were retired from the Government Services on attaining the age of

superannuation on 30.09.2010 and 30.06.2011 respectively, without getting further

promotion; and the next immediate junior, Sri Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy was

promoted to the Deputy Director category during the panel year 2012-13 and he

assumed the charge of the post on 03.07.2013, whereas Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar

was promoted to the category of Deputy Director during the panel year 2015-16

and assumed the charge of the post on the FN of 06.10.2016.

Hence, Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar is entitled to assign notional promotion /

seniority w.e.f 03.07.2013 in the category of Deputy Director on par with his next

immediate junior Sri Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy.

Due to the above proposed revision of Seniority of Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar

in the category of Deputy Director, some of the officers in Deputy Directors/ Chief

Accounts Officers category will be affected.

The Government in the memo 6^th cited have permitted the Director of

Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., to issue notices to the affected persons as per the

Rule 24 of APS & SSRs 1996.

In view of the above, and in terms of provisions under Rule 24 of

A.P. State & Subordinate Service Rules 1996, the following Deputy Directors are

requested to submit objections if any, on according notional seniority to

Sri V. Sivarjuna Kumar, Deputy Director, District Treasury Kurnool w.e.f 03.07.2013

in the category of Deputy Director/ Chief Accounts Officer, within 15 days from the

date of receipt of this memo failing which it will be construed that there are no

objections against the proposed notional seniority and this Office will proceed

to take further action in the matter.
