Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, Sri M. Srihari Babu, Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre),

Law Department, whose name is included in the panel of 2017-2018 in the

reference 2^nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Additional Secretary to

Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of

pay of Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-110850 with other usual

allowances in the existing vacancy.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome

of WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs.etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.
