AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES

(REGULATION) RULES, 2008.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of

the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (Central Act. No.29 of 2005),

Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh

Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2008 issued in G.O.Ms.No.31,

Home (Legal.II) Dept., Dt.19.01.2009 as amended subsequently.

AMENDMENTS

In the said rules,

(i)

In Rule 3 in sub-rule (1), for the words “Form-III” wherever occur the

words “Ration Card or Aadhar Card” shall be substituted.

(ii)

In Rule 8, in clause (a), in item 3 for the words “Andhra Pradesh Police

Academy, Hyderabad / Director General SPF” the words “Andhra Pradesh

Police Academy, Ananthapuramu” shall be substituted.

(iii)

In Annexure III to Rule 5 for the words “RBVRR A.P. Police Academy

Hyderabad / SPF Academy, Ameenpur, Medak District” the words “Andhra

Pradesh Police Academy, Ananthapuramu” shall be substituted.
