NOTIFICATION

Rc. No. C1/378/2016,- the Assistant Cane Commissioner, Chittoor vide ref. 4^th read

above while submitting the proposal of M/s. Natems Sugar Private limited (formerly) Prudential

Sugar Corporation Ltd.,) Nindra (Village & Mandal), Chittoor District for declaration of factory zone,

has informed that M/s. Natems Sugar Private Ltd. has taken over the Prudential Sugar Corporation

Ltd., Nindra and the management has cleared entire cane price and CDC fund up to 2016-17 season and

no pending dues for the previous seasons.

The name of the sugar factory M/s. Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd., Prudential

Nagar, Koppedu Post, Nindra Mandal, Chittoor District has been changed as M/s. Natems Sugar

Private limited w.e.f. 22-05-2015, in view of sale and purchase of the sugar factory to Prudential

Sugar Corporation Ltd., as per the business transfer agreement dt: 04-05-2017 made between

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd., and Natems Sugar Private Ltd.

Earlier the factory zone / operational area of the sugar factory at Nindra (Village & Mandal),

Chittoor District was declared for a period of (5) crushing seasons from 2015-16 to 2019-2020 in the

name of M/s. Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd.,.vide ref.1^st. read above.

M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd., has filed requisite application before the G.O.I. for issue of

an IEM acknowledgement as per the letter dt: 11-09-2017 of the Department of Industrial Policy

and Promotion, IEM Section, GOI. The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs,

G.O.I., Hyderabad has issued a Certificate of Incorporation to Natems Sugar Private Ltd. vide

their certificate dt : 22-05-2015.

The Director, M/s. Natems Sugar Private Limited vide his letter dt: 07-10-2017 has given an

Undertaking assuring that they will pay the Purchase Tax dues whatever is applicable or to pay by them to

the State Government.

The Asst. Cane Commissioner, Chittoor vide ref. 5^th read above while submitting the

following additional documents, has submitted that M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd. , Nindra (V&M),

Chittoor District has remitted an amount of Rs. 50.00 lakhs towards part payment of Purchase Tax dues

to the Government account vide Challan No. 8997, dt: 06-11-2017 and given and undertaking that they

will pay the balance Purchase Tax amount in a phased manner:

i)

Registered sale deed documents made between M/s. Prudential Sugar Corpn. Ltd. and M/s.

Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd. which is certified by the Sub-Registrar, Pichatur, Chittoor District for

transfer of the assets of the unit.

ii)

Amended Factory Licence in the name of M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd. from M/s. Prudential

Sugar Corpn. Ltd. issued by the Inspector of Factories, Chittoor.

iii)

Transfer/Amended HT Electricity connection in the name of M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd.,

Nindra issued by the S.E. Operation Circle, Tirupathi.

iv)

Change of establishment from M/s. Prudential Sugar Corpn. Ltd. to M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt.

Ltd. Asst. Provident Fund Commissioner, Kadapa.

v)

Amended Boiler Licence issued by the Deputy Chief Inspector of Boilers, Kurnool.

vi)

FSSAI certificate issued in the name of M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd.

M/s. Natems Sugar Pvt. Ltd. vide their letter dt : 06-11-2017 has submitted that M/s. Natems

Sugar Pvt. Ltd. has taken over the unit from Prudential Sugar Corpn. Ltd. during the critical

conditions of existence of Sugar Factories in India. However, they have paid an amount of Rs. 50.00

lakhs towards part payment of P. Tax dues and assuring that whatever the decision of Government

against the dues, they abide by the decision of the Government and pay the dues in a phased manner.

The Director of Sugar & Cane Commissioner has issued Sugar Manufacturing Licence vide Procds.

No. C1/378/2016, dt: 05-12-2017.

In view of taking over of the unit of Prudential Sugar Corporation Limited, Nindra Village,

Koppedu Post, Nindra Mandal, Chittoor District by M/s. Natems Sugar Private Limited, as per

remittance of fee towards declaration of factory zone by the new management, after careful examination

of the proposal and request made by M/s. Natems Sugar Private Limited, based on the remarks of

the Assistant Cane Commissioner,

Chittoor and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section

15 of AP Sugarcane (RS&P) Adt, 1961, as amended by AP Act No. 25 of 1976, I, the Cane

Commissioner of A.P. hereby declare the factory zone of M/s. Natems Sugar Private limited (formerly

Prudential Sugar Corporation Limited), Nindra Village, Koppedu Post, Nindra Mandal, Chittoor

District for a period of five (5) crushing seasons from 2015-2016 onwards by transferring the existing

factory zone of the erstwhile Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd. , Nindra (V & M) on permanent basis,

as follows:

the total number of 154 villages in 9 mandals of Chittoor District mentioned in the Schedule

appended to this notification is valid for five (5) crushing seasons, i.e., from 2015-2016 to 2019-2020

seasons as factory zone / operational area of M/s. Natems Sugar Private limited Nindra (Village &

Mandal), Chittoor District.

This order will come into force with immediate effect.
