In the G.O. 2^nd read above, Government have accorded sanction enhancing

honorarium / remuneration of the Special Judicial Magistrate of Second Class / Special

Metropolitan Magistrates in the State from Rs.6,000/- to Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten

thousand only) per month.

In the letter 3^rd read above, the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature

at Hyderabad has furnished proposals for enhancement of the honorarium to the

123 Special Judicial Magistrates of Second Class Courts(Regular Courts) in the State,

from Rs.10,000/- to Rs.15,000/- per month.

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

After careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar General, High Court

of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra

Pradesh, Government, hereby, enhance honorarium payable to the Spl.Judicial

Magistrates of II Class / Special Metropolitan Magistrates in the State from Rs.10,000/-

to 15,000/- per month, pertaining to 123 Spl.Judicial Magistrate of II Class Courts

(Regular Courts) sanctioned vide G.O. 1^st read above.

The Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State

of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action, accordingly.

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-E&H&C) Department,

in their File No. FIN-43027/101/2017-SO(FMU(E&H&C))-FIN, dated. 26/02/2018.
