Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, Sri P.Sankara Rao, whose name is included in the panel of Assistant

Secretaries to Government, Law Department for the panel year 2017-2018 in the

reference 3^rd read above, is temporarily promoted as Deputy Secretary to Government

(Non Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect in the scale of Rs. 56870-1460-

58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450- 2330-

100770-2520-105810 with other usual allowances in the existing vacancy caused

due to the promotion of Smt. V.Sunitha, Deputy Secretary to Government (Non-cadre),

Law Department as Joint Secretary to Government (Non-cadre) in the reference

2^nd read above.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome of WPs/

WAs/OAs/CAs.etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.
