NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57

of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (Central Act V of 1920), read with the

orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.511, Home (Courts.C) Department, Dated : 12.09.1989,

the Government, hereby, ratify the action of the Principal District Judge,

Anantapuramu District in having continued Sri G.Narasimhulu, as Part-Time

Official Receiver for Anantapuramu District for the 2 ^nd term of (3 ) years i.e.

from 09-07-2012 to 08-07-2015 and for the 3^rd term of (3) years i.e. 09-07-2015

to 08-07-2018.
