NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of Section 4

of the Andhra Pradesh Marine Fishing (Regulation) Act 1994 (Act 9 of 1995),

Government hereby prohibit the fishing operations by different Mechanised

fishing vessels and those fishing crafts fitted with outboard as well as

inboard engine (motorized fishing boats) excluding the non motorized traditional

fishing crafts in the territorial waters along the entire coast of Andhra Pradesh

during the period from 15 ^th April to 14^th June, 2018 (both days inclusive)

(61 days).
