SUPERSESSION OF THE POST OF ASST. ACCOUNTS OFFICER UNDER

CATEGORY (7) IN THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOVERNMENT TEXT BOOK

PRESS SERVICES.

Read the following:-

1. G.O. Ms. No.417 Edn. (C&TBP) Department, dated 13.12.1997.

2. Proceedings of GOI, F.No.27/13/2013-SR(S), dated 31.05.2014.

3. From the Director, APGTBP, Rc. No.100/E1/2017, dated 21.02.2017.

Whereas, Andhra Pradesh Govt. Text Book Press Services including the post of

Asst. Accounts Officer under category - (7), are being Governed by its Special Rules

issued in the G.O. 1^st read above. Whereas consequent to the Andhra Pradesh

Reorganisation Act, 2014, orders were issued in the reference 2^nd read above, allocating

the post of Assistant Accounts Officer to the successor State of Telangana and there is no

post of Asst. Accounts Officer in the residuary State of Andhra Pradesh.

After careful consideration of the circumstances reported in the reference 3^rd read

above, Government have decided that the post of Assistant Accounts Officer is no longer

required in the Department. Therefore the post of Asst. Accounts Officer under category

(7) of Andhra Pradesh Government Text Book Press Services is hereby suppressed with

immediate effect. Suitable amendment shall be issued to the Andhra Pradesh Text Book

Press Service Rules.
