INCLUSION OF PERAVALI MANDAL INTO THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF
THE JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURT, NIDADAVOLE BY DELETING THE
SAME FORM THE JURISDICTION OF JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURTS AT
TANUKU.
JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Session (1) of Section 15 of
Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra
Pradesh in partial modification of earlier Notification issued vide G.O.Rt.No. 439,
Law (LA & J Home Courts C) Department, dated 20-3-2014 and A.P. Gazette part-l
Extraordinary No. 144-B, Dated 25-3-2014, so far as Junior Civil Judges
Courts Nidadavole and Tanuku are concerned, hereby directs that with effect on
and from the date of publication of this Notification in the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette Extraordinary, the Courts of Junior Civil Judge specified in Coiumn
No. (2) of the table below, shall sit at the places specified in Column No. (3)
and the local limits of the jurisdiction of the said Courts, shall be over the
Revenue Mandals as shown in Column No. (4) thereof.
