JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION

Memo No.365/Cts.A/2018,- In exercise of the powers conferred under

sub-Section (6) of Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Act 2 of 1974), the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana

and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby specifies that with effect on and from the

date the Officer posted/or placed incharge assumes charge, the V Additional District

and Sessions Judge’s Court, Allagadda of Kurnool District, as ordered in

G.O.Ms.No.195, Law (L, LA & J-Home-Courts.A) Department, Dated : 22.12.2017

shall sit at ‘Allagadda’ and dispose of the Sessions Cases and other Criminal

matters as are made over by the Sessions Judge, Kurnool.
