NOTIFICATION

The following variation of the Nellore Municipal Corporation General Town Planning

Scheme/Master Plan which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.11 MA&UD Department, dated

07.01.2011, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of

Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities

Act,2016.

VARIATION

The site is located on either side of the following three roads in Nellore Municipal

Corporation limits which is earmarked for Residential use in the General Town Planning

Scheme (Master Plan) of Nellore Municipal Corporation sanctioned in G.O.Ms. No.11,

MA&UD (H) Department, dated 07.01.2011, is now designated as Mixed Land use by

variation of Change of Land Use in revised part proposed Land use Map of GTP

No.1/2017/G (NUDA), available in the office of the Municipal Corporation, Nellore and

Nellore Urban Development Authority, Nellore, subject to collection of land use

conversion charges from the individual applicants whenever they come for development

permission for non-residential purpose:-

1. From Muthukur Road junction to Vanamthopu Road junction (A-A1) on either

side of 100 feet wide road to a depth of 150’-00” marked as FIJK and TUWV with

the following schedules.
