NOTIFICATION
The following variation to the land use envisaged in the Master Plan of Visakhapatnam
which was sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.345, Municipal Administration & Urban Development
(H2) Department, Dated:30.06.2006, is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by
Sub-section (1) of Section (15) of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban
Development Authorities Act,2016.
VARIATION
The
site
is
falling
in
Sy.No.75/1
of
Kapujaggarajupeta
(V),
Greater
Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation, Zone-V, Visakhapatnam District admeasuring an
area of 6194.17 Sq.mts. The boundaries of which are given in the schedule below, which
was earmarked as 100’-0” wide Master Plan road in the Master Plan of Visakhapatnam
Urban Development Authority sanctioned G.O.Ms.No.345, Municipal Administration &
Urban Development (H2) Department, Dated:30.06.2006 is now realigned as shown in
modification of Master Plan Map No.20/2017 of Visakhapatnam Urban Development
Authority and which is available in the office of the Visakhapatnam Urban Development
Authority, Visakhapatnam, subject to the following conditions:-
1. The applicant shall handover the portion of the site get affected in realignment of Master
Plan road to the concerned authority at free of cost through legally enforceable
document.
