THE ANDHRA PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 - NOTIFICATION UNDER

SECTION 2 (8) OF THE SAID ACT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (8) of Section 2

of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, the Governor of Andhra

Pradesh hereby authorise Sri P. Ranjit Basha, IAS, Director, Panchayat

Raj and Rural Development to exercise any of the powers or discharge any

of the duties of the Commissioner under the Act.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on

and from the date of assumption of the charge of the post by Sri P.Ranjit

Basha, IAS i.e., 19^th March, 2018.”
