NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 10(a) of General Rules for Andhra Pradesh State Subordinate Services, 1996

and as per the Special Rules, the following Assistant Directors at Sl. (1) to (3) are hereby

promoted temporarily as Deputy Directors in the Scale of Pay of Rs. 46,060/- to Rs. 98,440/-

from the date of their taking charge :

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

i)

On promotion Sri V. Bhaskara Narasimham, Asst. Director, West Godavari District,

Eluru is posted as Deputy Director, Chittoor District.

ii)

On promotion Sri A. Babji, Asst. Director, SIC, Visakhapatnam is posted as Deputy

Director, Krishna District at Machilipatnam.

iii)

On promotion Sri I. Suryachandra Rao, Asst. Director, Commissionerate, Vijayawada

is posted as Deputy Director in Commissionerate, Vijayawada and he is also placed

in FAC of the post of Deputy Director, Guntur District.

The appointment by promotion ordered in para (2) above is subject to outcome of

Courts cases pending in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, High Court of Andhra

Pradesh and Supreme Court of India, if any. They should join in the promotion post within the

stipulated time of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and

promotion as specified in Rule11(b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules,1996, failing

which they would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of Deputy Director.

The Commissioner, Information and Public Relations, Andhra Pradesh Vijayawada shall

take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the above

individuals to the Government for information and record.
