NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-Section (1) of Section 21

of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad

for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, hereby specifies

that the III Additional Senior Civil Judge-Cum-Assistant Sessions Judge’s Court

(FTC), Guntur, as was ordered vide G.O.Ms.No.1, Law (L,LA&J Home Courts A)

Department, Dated: 2-1-2018, shall sit at “Bapatla”.
