NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31 of the Protection of

Human Rights Act, 1993 (Central Act No. 10 of 1994), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh, hereby specify the Additional Public Prosecutors in the Courts

of I Additional District & Sessions Judges in all the Districts in the State

and the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court in Visakhapatnam

and Vijayawada as Special Public Prosecutors for the purpose of conducting

the cases in the Human Rights Courts.
