CONFIRMATION OF DRAFT VARIATION TO – DUGGIRALA ZONAL DEVELOPMENT

PLAN, KOLAKALURU VILLAGE, TENALI MANDAL, GUNTUR DISTRICT NOTIFIED

VIDE ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRA ORDINARY No 856 Dt. 23/12/2017.

CLU/1516/2017: Duggirala Zonal development plan was approved and notified vide

G.O.Ms.No. 339 M.A dt.02-05-2008. The request for change of land use from Conservation use

to Commercial use in D.No 1332/2(P) of Kolakaluru village, Tenali Mandal, Guntur district to

an extent 8063.35 m².was considered in the Executive Committee meeting of APCRDA held on

22/11/2017.

After approval of the above said change of land use in the Executive Committee meeting, draft

variation was published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette Extraordinary, Andhra Jyothi Telugu daily

newspaper and The Hindu English daily news paper on 23/12/2017 inviting Objections and

Suggestions from the public giving 15 days period from the date of publication. No

Objection/Suggestion was received during the above said period and the matter was put up

before Executive Committee of APCRDA on 08/03/2018 for approval of said change of land use

and the same was approved by the Executive Committee.

Hence, notice is hereby given that modifications made to the Duggirala Zonal

Development Plan notified vide G.O.Ms.No. 339 M.A dt.02-05-2008 as said above are notified

under section 41(4) of APCRDA Act, 2014. The modifications shall come into operation from

the date of publication of this gazette notification and as appended.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41(4), 17(2) of APCRDA Act, 2014(Act no 11

of 2014) and G.O.Ms No 95 Dt. 23/4/2016 the APCRDA, hereby makes the following draft

variation to the Duggirala Zonal Development Plan notified vide G.O.Ms No 339 M.A dt.02-05-

2008 and as required under section 41(3) of the said Act, Draft variation was previously

published in AP Gazette extra ordinary no 856 dated 23/12/2017.

VARIATION

The site measuring to an extent of 8063.35 m² falls in D.No 1332/2(P) of Kolakaluru (V), Tenali

(M), Guntur district with the following schedule of boundaries, which was earmarked for

Conservation use in the sanctioned Duggirala Zonal development plan vide G.O.Ms.No 339,

dated 02/05/2008 is now proposed to be designated for commercial use subject to the following

conditions. Further details of the proposed change are available in the office of APCRDA, Lenin

Centre, Vijayawada and also available in APCRDA web site www.crda.ap.gov.in

1. The owners /applicants shall be responsible for any damage claimed by anyone on

account of change of land use proposed.

2. The change of land use shall not be used as the proof of any title of the land.

3. The applicant should obtain the development permission from the competent

authority duly paying the required fee and charges.

4. Competent authority shall ensure that the provisions mentioned in the Andhra

Pradesh

Agriculture Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act-2006 is adhered to. .

5. Any other conditions as may be imposed by The Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital

Region Development Authority, Vijayawada.

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

The schedule for the site under reference in D.No 1332/2(P) of Kolakaluru (V), Tenali

(M) Guntur district measuring an extent 8063.35 m² is given below:

1. North: 30 mt wide ZDP road in D.No 1316 of Kolakakluru village, Tenali mandal

2. South: Existing Donka road in D.No 64 of Tangellamudi village, Pedakakani

mandal.

3. East: D.No 1332/2 of Kolakakluru village, Tenali mandal

4. West: D.No 1332/1 of Kolakakluru village, Tenali mandal
