NOTIFICATION

Under Rule 10 (a) (i) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, Sri B. Ajay, Joint Commissioner of Labour is hereby temporarily

promoted as Additional Commissioner of Labour in the Scale of pay of Rs. 61450-

1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160-91450-

2330-100770-2520-105810.

Consequent on the promotion as Additional Commissioner of Labour

Sri B. Ajay, Joint Commissioner of Labour, Eluru is posted as Additional

Commissioner of Labour, O/o Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh,

Vijayawada in the existing vacancy.

The promotion ordered in Para (1) above is subject to directions/

outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before the Tribunal/

Courts etc. The Officer should join in the promotion post within the period prescribed

in the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

The Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take

necessary further action in the matter.
