REVISED NOTIFICATION FOR CONSTITUTION OF SEARCH COMMITTEE

TO SUGGEST A PANEL OF NAMES FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE

POST OF VICE-CHANCELLOR, Dr.YSR HORTICULTURAL UNIVERSITY,

VENKATARAMANNA GUDEM, WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the Powers conferred under Section 26 (1) of the Act No.30 of

Andhra Pradesh Horticultural University, the State Government of Andhra Pradesh

hereby constitute a Search Committee consisting of the members specified

below, to submit a panel of three names in alphabetical order to the State Government

for taking further necessary action for appointment as Vice-Chancellor of

Dr. YSR Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem, West Godavari District. :-

1. Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

2. Prof. Vidyavathi, former Vice chancellor, Kakatiya University, (State Nominee)

3. Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi or

his nominee.

The Ex Officio Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Cooperation (Horti &

Seri) Department shall convene the Meeting of the Search Committee at the earliest

and submit a panel of three names to Government.

The TA & DA and other incidental expenditure on Search Committee shall be

met from the funds of Dr.YSR Horticultural University, Venkataramannagudem,

West Godavari District.
