EXEMPTION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TAX IN RESPECT OF THE VEHICLES

BELONGS TO INDIAN RED CROSS SOCIETY, SPSR NELLORE.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of

Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of

Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act, in

respect of five (5) vehicles Nos. AP26TE 1838 AP26U 7990 AP26TA 4822 AP26TA

2803 AP26U 3905 belongs to Indian Red Cross Society, SPSR Nellore District

branch for a period of (3) three years with effect from the date of issue of this order

This exemption is granted subject to the condition that it shall not be quoted

as a precedent in future and the vehicle to be utilized by Indian Red Cross Society,

SPSR Nellore District branch vehicles are being utilized for Social service activities

to the poor and needy.

This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide

their Finance, U.O.No.17023/37/FMU-TR&B/2018, Dt: 15.02.2018.
