REORGANIZATION OF JURISDICTION AND CHANGE OF NOMENCLATURE OF

POLICE STATIONS IN NELLORE TOWN SUB-DIVISION.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause(s) of Section 2 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974), Government

hereby declare that with effect from the date of this Notification, the areas specified

in column (5) of the Schedule appended to this Notification shall cease to be in

the jurisdiction of Police District, Police Sub-division, Police Circle and

Police Stations mentioned in Columns (1) (2) (3) and (4) respectively of Nellore

District and shall be part of jurisdiction of Police Stations, Police Circle,

Police Sub-division and Police District mentioned in Columns (6) (7) (8) (9)

respectively of Nellore District.
