NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under schedule-100 of Education Act,

1982 and after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby accord

permission to the management of Sri Ram Educational & Welfare Society,

Sri Vidya Colony, Kakinada for change of management of its institution i.e.

Sanjeeva Degree College from Sri Ram Educational & Welfare Society, Sri Vidya

Colony, Kakinada to Montessori Educational Society, Gollaprolu, East Godavari

District in terms of Rule 14(4) of G.O.Ms No.29, Higher Education Department,

Dt: 5.2.1987 read with G.O.Ms. No.35, Higher Education Department, Dt: 25.4.2007.
