AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMERCIAL TAXES SUBORDINATE

SERVICE RULES, 1990.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India and all of other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of

Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra

Pradesh Commercial Taxes Subordinate Service Rules, 1990, issued

in G.O.Ms.No.81, Revenue (Commercial Taxes.I) Department, Dated : 03-02-1990,

as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

(i)

In rule 3 of the said rules, in clause (c), for the existing Note, the

following Note shall be substituted, namely :-

“Note- the cadre strength of Assistant Commercial tax Officers shall be filled in

following manner :

30%- By Direct Recruitment

70%- By Transfer”
