NOTIFICATION

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (2) of the Khazis Act,1880

(Central Act XII of 1880), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the

Principal Mohammadan residents of such local area, hereby appoints Sri Syed

Abdal Hussain Khadir @ Jhandewale Saheb, S/o. Late Obidullah Hussain,

Banaganapalle Village and Mandal of Kurnool District as Government

Khazi for Banaganapalle Village and Mandal, Kurnool District initially for a period

of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only”.
