AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE JUDICIAL (SERVICE AND

CADRE) RULES, 2007.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the Articles 233, 234, 235, 237 read with the proviso

to Article 309 and proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the

Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh

State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules 2007, issued in G.O.Ms.No. 119, Law (LA & J - SC.F)

Department, dated : 02-08-2008 as subsequently amended.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules in rule 14, in sub rule (1) (a), for the words, “Civil Judges (Senior

Division)”, wherever they occur, the words “Senior Civil Judges”, and for the

words, “Civil Judges (Junior Division)”, wherever they occur, the words “Civil Judges’’ shall be

substituted.
