NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15

and 23 (C) of the Mines & Minerals (Development and

Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957), the

Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby extend time for

another three (03) months for implementing the GPS based

vehicle tracking system in the State.

The Director of Mines & Geology, Vijayawada, shall take necessary further

action in the matter accordingly.
