NOTIFICATION

Sri R.Jaya Prakasa Narayan, Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja

Parishad, Visakhapatnam District shall retire from service on 31.05.2018 on

attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years.

The retirement of Sri R.Jaya Prakasa Narayan, Chief Executive Officer,

Zilla Praja Parishad, Visakhapatnam District, notified in this order shall be

without prejudice to the disciplinary/prosecution cases and enquiries pending

against him as on the date of his retirement and also subject to condition that

the disciplinary proceedings, if any, instituted against him shall continue under

Article 351(A) of Pension Code and Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension

Rules, 1980, even after his retirement.
