In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Road

Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (Central Act 64 of 1950), read with

Road Transport Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1982, the Governor of Andhra

Pradesh, hereby Constitute the following Board for the purpose of managing

the affairs of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation within

the State of Andhra Pradesh.
