NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 15 of the Scheduled

Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Central

Act No.33 of 1989), as subsequently amended Government hereby appoint

Sri Sunkara Rajendra Prasad, Advocate, Vijayawada, as Special Public

Prosecutor, to conduct the prosecution in SC No.96 /2017, on the file of

the XI Additional District and Sessions Court-cum-Special Court, under

the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Visakhapatnam.
