Under Rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service

Rules, 1996, Sri S.Venkateswara Rao,

Joint Secretary to Government

(Noncadre), Law Department, whose name is included in the panel of 2017- 2018

in the reference 2^nd read above, is temporarily promoted as Additional

Secretary to Government (Non-Cadre), Law Department with immediate effect

in the scale of pay of Rs.87130-2160-91450-2330-100770-2520- 110850 with

other usual allowances in the vacancy caused due to retirement of Sri L. Lakshmi

Narayana, Addl. Secretary to Government (Translations) on 30.04.2018.

The appointment made in para (1) above shall be subject to the outcome

of WPs/WAs/OAs/CAs. etc., pending, if any, before the High Court/ APAT.
