NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by Section 3(1)(a) and Section 5 (1) (a)

of the Foreigners Order, 1948, I, PHD.Ramakrishna, Superintendent of Police,

Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh hereby declare Krishnapatnam Port as an

authorized Immigration Check Post and place of Entry & Exit (Arrival & Departure)

for all classes of the foreigners for the purpose of the aforesaid sections of the

said order.
