NOTIFICATION
Procs.Rc.No.404/A1/DAE/2016-1, - Under General Rule 10 (a) of A.P. State
and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri R.V.Sarath Prasad, Asst.Director, Adult Education,
Guntur Dist. whose name has been approved by the Screening Committee for the panel
year 2017-18 is temporarily promoted as Deputy Director of Adult Education on Adhoc
basis in the scale of Rs.46060 - 98440 in Revised Pay Scales, 2015 and posted as
Deputy Director of Adult Education, Guntur Dist. in the existing clear vacancy.
2. Sri R.V.Sarath Prasad, Assistant Director who has been promoted as Deputy.
Director of Adult Education posted in Guntur Dist. is informed that his promotion now
ordered is purely temporary on Adhoc basis and under emergency provisions and in the
public interest. He is liable for reversion at any time without any prior notice and without
assigning any reasons therefor and do not confer upon him any right for continuance or
preferential right for regular promotion.
3. The above promotion is subject to outcome of WPs/ WAs / RPs/ O.As/ C.As
if any pending in the Hon’ble APAT / High Court.
4. The individual is informed that, he should join duty in the new post within (15)
days from the date of receipt of these proceedings as per rules.

not be regarded as a probationer in such service, class or category or be entitled by reason only
of such appointment to any preferential claim to future appointment to such service class or
category.
6. The Deputy Director of Adult Education Guntur Dist. is requested to communicate
these orders to the individual under proper acknowledgement and furnish original
acknowledgement to this office for record purpose.
7. Sri R.V.Sarath Prasad, Asst.Director, Adult Education, Guntur District who is. holding
the full additional charge of the post of Deputy Director of Adult Education Guntur and who is
under orders of promotion as Deputy Director of Adult Education, Guntur Dist. is instructed
to take over the complete charge of the post of the Deputy Director of Adult Education,
Guntur District and also instructed to perform the duties of Assistant Director, AE, Guntur Dist.
8. The date of relief / joining along with CTCs and also the charge list should be submitted
to the Director of Adult Education, A.P. Amaravathi at Ibrahimpatnam immediately.
9. The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith.

to hand over the complete charge of the post of the Assistant Director (S), O/o DAE, A.P.,
Amaravathi to Sri K. Nageswara Rao, Asst.Director (G), O/o DAE, A.P., Amaravathi
and join at new post. Sri K. Nageswara Rao, Asst.Director (G) of this office is requested
to take over the complete charge of the post of Assistant Director (S) of this office from
Sk.Shakira Begum and relieve her after hand over charge.

who is holding the full additional charge of the post of Deputy Director of Adult Education
Ongole, Prakasam Dist. is requested to hand over the complete charge of the post of
Deputy Director of Adult Education, Ongole, Prakasam Dist. to Sk.Shakira Begum,
Assistant Director, AE, Ongole Prakasam Dist. who is promoted and posted as Deputy
Director of Adult Education, Ongole, Prakasam Dist. Sk.Shakira Begum is requested to take
over the complete charge of the post of the DDAE, Ongole, Prakasam Dist. from
Smt. M.V.L. Narayanamma who is holding the Full additional charge of the post of
DDAE Ongole Prakasam Dist.

the post of Assistant Director, AE, Chittoor Dist. from Sri G.T.Eswar Reddy.
