COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPEEDY TRIAL OF OFFENCES” .

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by the Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of

the Andhra Pradesh Special Courts Act, 2016 (Act No.16 of 2016) and in consultation

with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the

State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government hereby notify the Special Court for

trial of SPE & ACB cases at Rajahmundry as “Special Court for the purpose of

speedy trial of offences under the said Act, 2016".
