PART-TIME OFFICIAL RECEIVER TO KRISHNA DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of

the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920 (Central Act V of 1920), read with the orders

issued in G.O.Ms.No.511, Home (Courts.C) Department, dated:12.09.1989, the

Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoints Sri Yakkala Uma Sundara

Vara Venkata Subbarao, as Part-time Official Receiver to Krishna District, within

the local limits of the Jurisdiction of the District Court, Krishna District, Machilipatnam,

for a period of two years on probation from the date of taking charge.
