NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 30 of

the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 read with Rule 2.1.1. of the Food Safety

and Standards Rules, 2011 and in supersession of the orders issued in the G.O.

2^nd read above, Government hereby notify Smt. Poonam Malakondaiah, I.A.S., Spl.

Chief Secretary to Government, as the Commissioner of Food Safety for the State of

Andhra Pradesh to exercise the powers and perform the functions under the Food

Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the Rules 2011 & Regulations 2011 made

there under with retrospective effect from 06.11.2017, until further orders.
