RETIREMENT OF GAZETTED OFFICER ON ATTAINING THE AGE OF

SUPERANNUATION OF 60 YEARS DURING THE PERIOD 1-04-2018 TO

31-03-2019.

Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P. Guntur.

ORDER:-

In the G.O.1^st read above, Government have issued orders permitting

certain Gazetted Officers of Agriculture Dept to retire from public service on

attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years for the year 1.4.2018 to

31.3.2019. In the ref.2^nd read above, the Special Commissioner of Agriculture,

A.P. Guntur has informed that Sri K. Venukrishna, JDA, O/o. C&DA.A.P. Guntur

and Sri K. Chengappa, ADA O/o. ADA(SC), RVP, Arkuvally, Visakhapatnam

also retiring on 31.3.2019 and 30.11.2018 respectively, on attaining the age

of superannuation of 60 years and requested to issue necessary orders for

their retirement Notification.

Accordingly, in continuation of the orders issued in the G.O.1^st read above,

the following revised Notification is issued permitting the following officers to retire

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

from public service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years, without

prejudice to the disciplinary case / enquiries / audit objections, if any, pending

against him and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings,

if any, shall continue against him under Rule-9(2) (c) of the A.P. Revised

Pension Rules, 1980 even after his Retirement.
