AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH UN-AIDED MINORITY PROFESSIONAL

INSTITUTIONS (REGULATION OF ADMISSIONS INTO UNDER-GRADUATE AND

PHARM-D (DOCTOR OF PHARMACY, PROFESSIONAL COURSES THROUGH

COMMON ENTRANCE TEST) RULES 2011.

NOTIFICATION

In Exercise of the powers conferred under Section 15 of A.P Educational

Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act,

1983 (Act 5/1983) the Government hereby makes the following amendment

to the Andhra Pradesh Un-Aided Minority Professional Institutions (Regulation

of Admissions into Under-Graduate and Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy),

Professional courses through common entrance test) Rules 2011 issued

in G.O.Ms.No.75 Higher Education (EC.2) Department, Dated : 28.07.2011 and as

amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said Rule in 2 (1) (f) the following shall be added.

“The competent authority shall take prior approval of Government for an

appointment of Convenor EAMCET admissions”
