NOTIFICATION
Under Rule 10 of General Rules for Andhra Pradesh State and
Subordinate Services, 1996 and in pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O 3rd
read above, Smt M.Naga Lakshmi, Deputy Director (H&T) is hereby promoted
temporarily as Joint Director (Handlooms & Textiles) in the Scale of Pay of
Rs.52590-103290 /- from the date of taking charge of the post, subject to
outcome of OAs, R.Ps., W.Ps etc pending before the Court of Law and appeals
before the Government if any.
Consequent on promotion, Smt M.Naga Lakshmi, Regional Deputy Director
(H&T) is posted as Principal/ Joint Director (Handlooms & Textiles), SPKM IIHT,
Venkatagiri, SPSR Nellore District.

The individual shall join in the promotion post within the stipulated time of 15
(fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and promotion
as specified in Rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996,
failing which she would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of Joint
Director of Handlooms & Textiles.
The Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Amaravathi shall take necessary
action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the above
individual to the Government for information and record.

NOTIFICATION
Under Rule 10 of General Rules for Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate
Services, 1996 and in pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O 3 rd read
above, Sri. K.Madan Mohan Naidu, Deputy Director (H&T) is hereby promoted
temporarily as Joint Director (Handlooms & Textiles) in the Scale of Pay of
Rs.52590-103290 /- from the date of taking charge of the post, subject to outcome
of OAs, R.Ps., W.Ps etc pending before the Court of Law and appeals before
the Government if any.
Consequent on promotion, Sri K.Madan Mohan Naidu, Deputy Director
(H&T)/General Manager, O/o VC&MD, APCO, Amaravathi is continued at the
disposal of VC&MD, APCO in the cadre of Joint Director (H&T) on deputation basis,
initially for a period of one year under Foreign Service terms and conditions.
Sri K.Madan Mohan Naidu is directed to report before the VC&MD, APCO,
Vijayawada.
The individual shall join in the promotion post within the stipulated time of
15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and
promotion as specified in Rule 11 (b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules,
1996, failing which he would forfeit the right of promotion to the cadre of Joint
Director of Handlooms & Textiles.
The Commissioner of Handlooms & Textiles, Amaravathi shall take necessary
