NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act II of 1974), the Government of

Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the following Six (06) IAS Probationers

(under training) of 2017 batch allotted to the Andhra Pradesh State

Cadre as specified in Column (2) of the Table below, as Special

Executive Magistrates in the Districts specified in Column (3) for a

period of one (1) year from the date of assumption of charge of the

post and confer on them, the powers under certain sections of the

said code as specified against each in Column (4) thereof;
