FINAL NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(3) of Section 3

read with clause (i) of Section 2 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce &

Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Governor of Andhra

Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the schedule-ll of the

Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 2095, Food & Agri. (Agri-IV) Department

Dated 29^th October 1968 and the intention to make such declaration having

been previously published in Part -I - Extraordinary issue of A.P. Gazette

No.268, Dated : 3-4-2018 vide G.O.Ms.No.38, A&C (Mktg.ll) Dept.,

Dated : 3-4-2018 as required under sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 3

of the said Act.

In schedule-ll of the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Food &

Agriculture (Agri-IV) Department, dated 29^th October 1968, in the table under

the heading I, Agricultural Group (including forest produce and dairy

products), SI.No.38 “ Cotton Seed” shall be omitted.
