NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTED DATE AND CONSTITUTION OF BOARD - BRINGING

THE ACT INTO FORCE.

NOTIFICATION-1

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) of Section 1

of the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board Act, 2018 (Act No. 21

of 2018), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint 7 ^th day of June,

2018, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.

NOTIFICATION-2

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 3

of the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board Act, 2018 (Act No. 21

of 2018), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitute the Andhra

Pradesh Economic Development Board, with immediate effect, with the following

members :
