NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh

Civil Courts Act, 1972, Government, after consultation with the Hon’ble High

Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State

of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, shift the I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Additional

Judicial Magistrate of I^st Class Court, Avanigadda from Avanigadda to Movva,

Krishna District, along with its paraphernalia, to function as Junior Civil Judge-

cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court, Movva, Krishna District.
