DE-NOTIFICATION OF NEW WEAKER SECTION COLONY FROM THE PALACOLE

RURAL PANCHAYAT - INCLUSION OF THE AREA IN THE LIMITS OF PALACOLE

MUNICIPALITY.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (f) of subsection (2) of

Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. (Act 13 of 1994),

the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby de-notify the area namely New

Weaker Section Colony, which is situated in R.S. No.116, 117/1A from the

Palacole Rural Gram Panchayat, with immediate effect, so as to include the

same into Palacole Municipality.
