Memo No. 16023/6/Vig. I (2)/2018, Dated : 15-6-2018,- Whereas, it was alleged
that Sri Gedela Lakshmi Ganeswara Rao, S/o Late Markandeyulu, R/o Flat No,303,
Suvarna Residency, Srinagar, Visakhapatnam while holding the post of Inspector
of Survey (under suspension) at the O/o Assistant Director, District Survey and
Land Records, Vizianagaram in the State of Andhra Pradesh committed an
offence under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of
Corruption Act-1988 and that the matter was investigated by the Anti-Corruption
Bureau vide case in Cr.No.15/RCA-CIU- ACB/2017, Dated : 16.11.2017 of
Central Investigation Unit, ACB, AP, Vijayawada. .
AND WHEREAS, on scrutiny of relevant materials available on record,
the State Government is of the opinion that there is prima facie case of
Commission of the offence against Sri Gedela Lakshmi Ganeswara Rao who
has accumulated properties disproportionate to his known sources of income
by resorting to corrupt or illegal means.
