ORDER:

Under Rule — 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996,

the following Project Directors (Deputy Directors) working in Women Development &

Child Welfare Department, are temporarily promoted on adhoc basis as Joint

Director / Regional Joint Directors, W.D & C.W in the cadre of Joint Director

in Women Development & Child Welfare Department in the scale of pay of

Rs.52590 — 103290/- for the Panel Year, 2017-18 as per approved panel vide

G.O. 5^th read above.

2. On promotion, Sri T.V.Srinivasu, Deputy Director, presently working

against the post of R.J.D., W.D & C.W., Ongole, is posted as R.J.D.,

W.D & C.W., Eluru;

3. On promotion, Smt.K.Rajya Lakshmi, Deputy Director, presently working

against the post of Joint Project Co-ordinator, ISSINIP, 0/o Spl. Commissioner,

W.D & C.W., A.P., Guntur, is posted as Joint Director [ICDS] 0/o Spl.

Commissioner, W.D & C.W., A.P., Guntur;

4. On promotion, Smt.E.V.Swarna Latha, Deputy Director working against

the post of Joint Director [Schemes] 0/o Spl. Commissioner, W.D & C.W.,

A.P., Guntur, and presently working as OSD to Secretary to Govt.,

Dept. for WCDA & SCs, A.P.Secretariat on deputation basis, is posted

as Joint Project Co-ordinator, NNM 0/o Spl. Commissioner, W.D & C.W.,

A.P., Guntur;

5. On promotion, Smt.Y.Sailaja, Deputy Director, presently working as

Executive Director, A.P.Women’s Cooperative Finance Corporation

Limited, is posted as Joint Director [Schemes], O/o Spl. Commissioner,

W.D & C.W., A.P., Guntur, duly placing her services under Full Additional

Charge to the post of Executive Director, A.P.Women’s Coperative

Finance Corporation Limited;

6. On promotion, Sri A.E.Roberts, Deputy Director, presently working

as Project Director, D.W & C.D.A., Vizianagaram is posted as R.J.D.,

W.D & C.W., Visakhapatnam, duly relieving Smt.S.Vidyavathi, Deputy

Director, working against the said post;

7. On promotion, Smt.R.Sivaparvathi, Deputy Director, presently working

against the post of Joint Director [ICDS] O/o Spl. Commissioner, W.D &

C.W., A.P., Guntur, is posted as Secretary, State Commission for Protection

for Child Rights, A.P., Vijayawada, in the cadre of Joint Director;

8. On promotion, Smt.K.Shyamasundari, Deputy Director, presently

working as P.D., D.W & C.D.A., Guntur, is posted as R.J.D., W.D & C.W.,

Kurnool.

Smt.S.Vidyavathi, Deputy Director, presently working against the

post of R.J.D., W.D & C.W., Visakhapatnam, is directed to report before the

Government, for posting as Project Director [ Deputy Director].

The promotions ordered in Para-2 above are liable to be terminated

at any point of time without assigning any reasons thereof and shall be without

prejudice to the outcome of OAs /WPs / WAs / RPs / CAs / S.L.Ps etc., if any

pending before the Hon’ble Tribunal / Courts etc.

The officers promoted in Para-2 above shall join the new posts with in

a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of this order of promotion, and if

they fail to join the new post with in the said time limit or avoid to join the post by

proceeding on leave or for any other reasons they shall forfeit their right of

appointment for the present panel for the post of Joint Director / R.J.D. in

terms of G.O.Ms.No.145, Geni.Admn. (Ser-B) Dept., Dated: 15-06-2014.

The Spl. Commissioner, W.D & C.W., A.P., Guntur, shall take necessary

action accordingly, in the matter.
