AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH PROHIBITION & EXCISE

SUB-ORDINATE SERVICE RULES.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the

following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition and Excise Sub­Ordinate

Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.950, Revenue (Ex.I) Department,

Dated the 28^th November, 1998, as subsequently amended from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in the annexure in column (3), against category (iv)

Prohibition and Excise Constable for the words, “SSC or its equivalent examination”

the words, “Intermediate examination” shall be substituted.
